ellis c taylor's LOOKING INTO THE DARK PLACES
Newsletter

A very warm greeting to you all. A proper newsletter - only a short one this time though.
About me and my work
May I thank you all for your patience, your kindness, your support and your interest in what I realise is 'right on the edge' information.
I write from my own adventures and observations not from books that I've read or people I've listened to though I do sometimes enjoy both of these. There are some terrific researchers and experiencers around and if their information resonates for me then I most certainly value and recommend them. I always welcome confirmation from other people's experiences too but I don't rely on them.
I'm not too good at the personal email and blog/forum chit-chat lark etc so please excuse my oft-tardiness and brevity when responding via these means. I much prefer to sit down and have a yarn with interesting folk like you and this is one of the reasons I enjoy attending conferences. I'm a shy guy but a pretty good listener though I do like to rattle on about stuff I know a bit about...or is it a bit that I know stuff-all about? One of them anyway.
I'm not the pushy type and in fact feel quite embarrassed when I am called upon to promote anything that I do or that is about me but I do enjoy doing this for other people - as some of you will know. It is always the message that means most to me.
I have worked extremely hard researching and writing my website and books and have been so encouraged by very many of you who have contacted me over the now nearly 10 years of my almost full-time devotion to this work. I have also received some less friendly attention, as some of you know, including threats, in various forms from authorities, organisations and anonymous writers and callers but like I once wrote - I keep on keeping on because this work is too important not to. Over the years I have met and corresponded with more distraught and bereaved people than anyone should have to and it is their pain that drives me to seek answers and to highlight the true nature of reality, as I experience it, as much as anything else.
Observations, indications and inspirations
Recently I have shifted my focus towards writing books and that is because over time I have become less and less enamoured with the internet; I feel that i-t even more than television is both a double-edged sword and a Trojan Horse. There are many benefits to both but their ability to violently (and subtly) disrupt and corrupt especially the human energy field is for me the most pernicious of their crimes. Like most people I watch a little TV sometimes though I'll frequently go for weeks without watching anything and then have a chill for a few days and watch it when I have the time.
These days though it is the Octiroi's tracing 'Web' strung 'bout its ivory towers that aims to catch hold the keen minds, and most of us seem to be struggling to unfast from it. When this Beast has set you in one of its 8 baleful eyes you'll know because it will bring out the worst. You'll start to see the Darkness in everything because It - through technology - is blinding you to all else...including the beauty of you. It is essential to appreciate that much less than you think is designed by, and aimed at doing, evil. Never forget that we have the power of Love on our side that also seeks to harness our accumulated energy (using much the same means and symbology btw). We empower the Darkness and do Love an acute disservice when she is treated so sourly even if it is through misdirection, ignorance, or with the best of intentions. We have the means of discernment we should use them and deploy them positively.
If we are quick enough it will soon strike us that we have been gradually morphing into the intellectual programme that we think we are rebelling against and that it's high time that we do something about it...
The trick must be to use their technology for now and then to lose it, get far away from it, away from the Gates, back to the mountains and the valleys, the forests and the streams, whatever your Eden or Otherworld is, refreshed come again...a kind of guerrilla warfare. ~ Ellis
DAN GREEN
Renegade mystery sleuth and regular site contributor, Dan Green sent this note in:
"Ellis,
I was at Lincoln Cathedral midday 17th Jan to check out if there would be anything interesting concerning the 'blue apples' phenomenon, as I knew already its on 22nd July it checks out for my Cathedral Code.Well...I wasn't to be disappointed...hope you can see the demon-type face on the wall - amazing!"
My new book, DOGGED DAYS has had two full reviews - so far both from other authors:
If you have bought DOGGED DAYS and would like to write a review, or just let me know your feelings about it, then I'd love to hear from you.
Another from Dan:
"Having just returned from my local library to collect 'The Sirius Mystery' by Robert Temple - a book all about the dog star - I was welcomed at my front door by this image in the melting snow - a dog! An acknowledgement from Sirius..?"

INTERACTIVE FORUM, FEATURES FUTURE & A REQUEST
You may have seen a notice on the FEATURES page of the website asking visitors if they would like to have a MEMBERS ONLY interactive blog or forum - for readers of my books. I have had 11 'yes' responses so far which is great considering the other pressures on people's time but I'd prefer to have more. If you have read any of my books and would like to participate then please write to me.
To accomodate new directions and recommenced journeys I intend to spend less time updating the Features page of my website and this is one reason for the proposed new forum and this Newsletter. Updates to LOOKING INTO THE DARK PLACES FEATURES will be once-a-week from now on except when there are unusual circumstances. Please continue to send in any items that you think might interest the readership.
I want to thank every one of you who has supported FEATURES and before that HEADLINES over the many years. You've been just great and an encouragement and an inspiration to me. Thank you everyone.
Finally, I'd like to ask a favour. When you receive this Newsletter would you please email back (on the address below - Please use a fresh email. DO NOT HIT REPLY) because I need to ascertain the efficiency of this email system and make sure that those who have subscribed are receiving it - nearly 400 of you which is a great start!
Till the next time...
Lotsa Love,
Ellis

Qantas Airlines Repair Division
After every flight, Qantas pilots fill out a form, called a 'Gripe Sheet' which tells mechanics about problems with the aircraft.
The mechanics correct the problems; document their repairs on the form, and then pilots review the Gripe Sheets before the next flight.
Never let it be said that Aussie ground crews lack a sense of humour.
Here are some actual maintenance complaints submitted by Qantas' pilots (marked with a P) and the solutions recorded (marked with an S) by maintenance engineers. Read on
