What beauty we human beings are capable of:

Blessed with the voice of an angel, Dicken (Jeff Pain), who is also one of the most talented songwriters and musicians of our age, fronted Mr Big, a rock band that exploded into the UK charts in 1977 with 'Romeo', a track from their album, ' Photographic Smile'. Despite marvelled acclaim from their peers and audiences Mr Big's star shone far too briefly. One of the reasons, I thought at the time, was the choice of the follow up to 'Romeo', 'Feel Like Calling Home'. Personally, I'd have gone for 'Hold Me' - just a brilliant song for the era, but there you are (and anyway what do I know?).
Dicken went on to form other bands like Broken Home and Peculiar People and along the way an American outfit hijacked the name Mr Big. Without the financial muscle to challenge them Dicken resorted to the monicker, Mr Big UK, but has since reviewed this and has reclaimed his right to the name "...we will call it MR BIG regardless of the other band."  (Good on ya mate!).
There are but a few songs that we get to hear that make our hairs stand up on the back of our necks, that call to our eternal souls. Jeff writes them a plenty. Every album and nearly every song that I've ever heard of his would qualify for the What beauty we human beings are capable of section and I think it is about time that his incredibly beautiful, soulful work was blazing again. So here's a link to information as well as four of his songs, "Romeo", "Hold Me", "Special" and "Women", and a jaunty little number, "For the Fun to Find" that Mr Big performed live in 1976 on the TV show, 'Supersonic'; and believe it or not, these are not even his best. I sincerely encourage you to check out his albums that are available through RockShop (linked below) and, if the little bird who told me is right, get along to one of his gigs because I'm told he is thinking of performing live again soon.

During a daylight visit to Bygone Times,  a converted mill, with a dark past (as they all have) in Ecclestone Chorley, Lancashire two friends of mine, who are mediums, capture wandering orbs on video. Watch closely and you might be able to see the lavendar patch forming orb-like shapes. It appears to be a portal. Just after 3.09, while an orb dodges around in the foreground another appears from the lavendar (on the right-hand side). I think I can see faces too. I'm sure that if the video could be enhanced or investigated by a film professional that there is more to see in this.

Once upon a time there was a beautiful green and magical land. Set apart from the world it engendered a nation of unsurpassed poets, artists, musicians and storytellers. They called it Erin, meaning Peace. And then the Darkness fell upon them and it came to be known as Ireland, Ire-Land - the Angry Land. A spell had been cast upon the land and, as nature is bound to do, it sympathetically responds - it is called resonance.
Her people never asked for it, the people never do. The Darkness decides and the people are kept in the dark. And how they have suffered for it!
Yet their spirit has never, and will never be broken. You can count on them to find the smallest glint of light in the vastest depths of darkness.
Many of her children may have scattered to the four winds but wherever they go, wherever they are, the Goddess goes with them. Their presence is a blessing.

The first crop circle of 2007?

One large 7m-diameter circle with two smaller 1m diam. satelite circles spaced ½-m distance from larger circle. The two smaller circles placed like "ears" on one side of the larger circle.  All circles were swirled counter-clockwise.

Interview
I've done television and radio in the past and I'm regularly approached to do more. For several reasons I made a decision not to do them again. Not least of which is that mainstream media programmes (especially) are devised and run by the very same darkly motivated consciousness that I am here to expose so it’s a bit like sticking my head in a crocodile's jaws and expecting it to give me coconut. They only air shows that purport to unveil the truth about supernatural life experiences and influences to fulfill anti-Creation agendas e.g. to debunk and belittle or to install, or bolster further, de-sensitizing programming. I'm not here to support that.
I'm also, unfortunately for them, not into the ego stuff so I couldn't care less about letting people know who I am and all the other platitudes and strokes they inevitably trot out. The message is the important thing and it does truth no favours if you throw it to crocodiles for them to do their death roll over.
Fortunately there are exceptions.
Look out for an email interview, on my work, that I have just done with Greg from Occult of Personality that should be posted sometime in the next few days. Greg is a genuine and sincere truth seeker and a good guy; and he allowed me to conduct it by email. I have enough problems with telephones (surveillance, field disruption and other health concerns) besides not wanting one stuck to my ear 'ole for an age so, for me, even internet radio is a no no. When Greg asked me to do this one it felt right.
I think I've said all I want to say in it so I won't be doing anymore for a long time.

Justice for Barri White and Keith Hyatt
Perenial readers of this website will recall the article I wrote on the horrible murder of a young woman from Milton Keynes, Rachel Manning. Unfortunately this article, amongst others, and unbeknownst to me, has been removed from this website. It was along the lines I always explore, namely the synchronistic esoteric aspects (which Jake Kotze has recently coined Synchromysticism), which proliferated throughout. I do not believe that either Barri or Keith had anything to do with the terrible fate of Rachel; rather that someone else (and likely others) were culpable.
Barri and Keith have languished in prison for a crime they could not have committed and now, at long last, an appeal seems imminent. Their friends, including Dennis Gilmartin, who has maintained a website throughout the ordeal, have never flagged. As well, BBC journalist Mark Daly and producer Louise Shorter, ably assisted by Dr Peter Bull and Chris Hallsworth, have done some magnificent work in bringing this case to public attention and also discovering several causes for concern in regard to their convictions.

What beauty we human beings are capable of:

Dear Ellis,
Was intrigued by your Mr. Big article, and so listened to 'Romeo' on the myspace page. To my amazement, Mr Big sounds very, very similar to Jon Anderson, who I'd personally nominate for your 'human beauty' section.

Here are two that I'd like to nominate:

Soon ~ Yes

I'll Find My Way Home ~ Jon and Vangelis

Both have fantastic lyrics that speak directly to the soul.

Hope you enjoy!
All the best,
- Luke

Wonderful songs, and I agree Jon's beautiful voice is very similar to Dicken's. As Freddie's lovely mum said about her son, "he is having the voice" (I love that). Freddie, by the way, was very impressed by Dicken's talents; not only having Mr Big support their Night at the Opera tour in the UK but also wanting to buy some of his songs.
Thanks for sending them Luke.
(A funny thing is that I was going to put Rain and Tears up yesterday; a song by Aphrodites Child, a band which, of course,  included Vangelis and Demis Roussos. So yer tis)

Produced by Mott The Hoople's Ian Hunter, this is the Mr Big album that got away.
'Seppuku'
Actually, while we are on the subject of Dicken again...a peculiar thing happened one day when I put his solo single, "Solid Gold" on the turntable. Both my partner and I were present and it was during a time in our lives when we were having an extended period of intense supernatural experiences. Anyway, throughout the song the music played but the vocals were mystifyingly absent. We stood there gob-smacked. When it had finished we re-played it and this time, as it has done ever since, the record played as it should do. I mentioned this experience to Dicken when we next met. "That's impossible isn't it?" he asked. Well no, it isn't, obviously and I have to consider, with all the other things that were going on at the time that it had something to do with frequency changing and enhanced EM activity - interdimensional interaction.

And, what a buzz...I've just found some more of Dicken's songs from a Broken Home album for you to hear,
"Stop Looking at Me", "Shooting All the Lights Out", "Heaven is For You" and the stunning "Shotover Hill"
(There's some of Dicken's inspired artwork to see here too.)

I've just finished reading Brian Allan's book, The View From the Abyss. I don't have much time to read these days and it has taken me a week or so to get through this, which is unusual for me. Not because it was hard going but because I only had brief, spare moments available to read it and I hated it - not the book, but having to put it down. I have to admit I'm not keen on reading other people's views so I tend to shy away from these kinds of books. I prefer to learn through personal involvement. I've also never been a databank, more of a messenger, so data isn't really my bag and to be honest it's a waste of my time, my energy and my purpose for me to even try to store up information. But, because I have a great deal of respect and admiration for Brian Allan and his work (and because he gave me a nudge to read it) I girded myself to do so.
And I'm so glad I did. It's a cracking and informative read and I just had to let Brian (and you) know my feelings about it:

All the while when reading your book I found myself thinking, "I know that, I've always known that; and it's great to see these things explained and corroborated in a way that I can intellectually connect to."

It is a deep knowing that I have always had from ever since I can remember. I've talked about these things with other experiencers over the years and we all have this innate understanding. I think your book is an imperative addition to everyone's library - Especially for those who are battling with the intense fear these so called supernatural experiences can illicit; and for people who are struggling to integrate and understand them. Deep down they will know but with such very limited avenues of assistance and understanding there are, I am sure, countless people who feel abandoned and lost simply because they do not have someone to talk with or the resources to help in explaining their perceptions and predicaments.

I've said to you before that I rarely spend time reading other people's conclusions on their research (for lots of reasons) but I wanted to say thanks so much for your excellent work and for writing this wonderful book. I shall be recommending it. ~ Ellis
