Bristol: Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the safety of a 13-year-old girl who has been missing since Friday. Kathleen Loveridge, from Bedminster, was last seen in the Filton area at about 6pm on Friday. She has not been seen since and police say her disappearance is out of character.

Kathleen is white, 5ft 2ins tall and well built with brown hair, usually tied back. She was last seen wearing a white top, black Adidas bottoms and white trainers.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the police on 01275 818181 or the Crimestoppers number 0800 555111.

One of the worst things about this expose is that it is no surprise to a very large proportion of people, not just in Britain but around the globe. And like many other crimes by our servants they are regularly sneered at, scoffed at and covered up. Positions of control will invariably attract some bullies, criminals and irrational maniacs, who will abuse the trust that is bestowed upon them. This trust, which should be earned and not automatically assumed is violated every hour of every day. Abuse of every kind emanates from civilian and military police of every colour. There seems to be an ingrained tyrant gene that comes with a uniform or public office.

I've witnessed blatant racial abuse by police and politicians in both the UK and Australia. I know some people who worked in Paddington Green Police station (in London) a few years back. They were absolutely appalled at the racial graffiti scrawled on the locker room walls.

The contrived Halloween/All Hallows stumbles with this hirsute calendar we had foisted upon humanity and is celebrated 31st October.

Naturally a solar year is conceived in the dark of Samhain, when the sun reaches 15 degrees Scorpio - usually around 7th November GMT. This year Samhain climax is (8.02pm) on

7th November. On the 9th November at 1.14am there will be a Full Moon (and a lunar eclipse). The time we are in now is auspicious for those who want to make preparations for new ventures, fresh starts or to recommence anything they had previously set aside. The energies of this time are for everyone and can be used for positive enhancement of this planet and its inhabitants. This power time does not have to be abandoned to those who have known and worked its secrets for selfish or evil purposes.

TAKE BACK THE POWER!!!

This is the very best time for introspection and then to escape your shell and announce to the world that

"I AM ME, and I AM FREE"

No more judgement of others, no more relying on anyone else. In order for you to be free then everyone else must surely be as well. We are where we are because of the choices we have made. There are always choices, different paths. This time of Samhain is a heaven-sent crossroads, it is an opportunity to walk with our Earth's natural rhythm.

Listen to your spirit, where does it beckon. Do something different. Be individual, unfettered, fully conscious and aware of synchronicities and opportunities that wave invitingly to you.

Change your meter...perhaps quicker...maybe slower. Be you, the essential you - not the usual manufactured robot that you know you have become. Love you, really love and approve of you, the real you. forgive yourself and stretch out and up. Reach for the stars - your stars.

Being Human...that's you. you have an undeniable right to be here, to breathe fresh air, eat wholesome food, be what you will and let no one deny your right to follow the path of your choosing. Harm no one...by thought, by word or deed. This is the end of one cycle and the beginning of another. Thank the old for the opportunities and lessons it offered you. There will be retribution and reward to be met from previous actions. This is a time of accounting, nature's way. We begin again, and we have opportunities to make restitution where necessary or desired. Clear away your burdens whether they be guilt, misconceptions, or unnecessary material encumbrances. Let go.

Determine to be lithe of body and spirit. Prepare to dance through your new life that beckons - Live, Love, they are partners for your journey through the mysteries of life. Living with its I is individual, directed and purposeful, stretches from heaven to earth and vice versa. Loving with its all encompasing O, embraces life and all it has to offer - everything and everyone.

Be a-Live. Be in Love.
