The state government placed adverts in the

West Australian Newspaper on Saturday 9th December 2000 to promote the opening of the "Swan Bells" project the next day (10th December 2000).

Included in the full-page advert was this plan view of the Bell Tower location.

The lower pyramid shape is a pool of water. A perched falcon (or eagle)- Horus- in turn caps this, itself encapsulated in an egg. The Eagle shape is the birds-eye view of the Bell Tower and the egg is (appropriately) another pool of water the tower stands in.

This writer proposes that the purpose of the bell tower was to bring about the rebirth of Horus (The Falcon and sun (Horus) in the egg (birth) and water (birth), for the beginning of the new millenium (Dec 31st/Jan 1st 2001).

MOON TREE (MONETARY?)

In many ancient cultures' worship and ritual to the old moon deities it is/was considered desirable to have a Moon Tree symbol present. This can be drawn or carved.

Usually a Moon Tree is composed of a truncated column and moons in one or more of its aspects. Often an actual tree is/was depicted, frequently a palm tree. Sometimes the Sacred Moon Tree is covered in lights and accompanied by representations of animals. (As the Perth Moon Tree is.) Moon Trees were frequently used as symbols at places of sacrifice.

The pyramidal pool in front of the bell tower (as well as being a stepped pyramid) forms the trunk (of the Moon Tree) on the plan view above. Artists from around the state created the pictures on the jutting slabs encompassing the pool, incorporating animals, birds and flowers.

It is a matter of debate whether the trunk of the Moon Tree is supposed to be phallic. A circle, which often accompanies the design above the trunk, may also represent the sun or the full moon.

The circle in this case in plan view is the bell tower. The tower is actually octagonal-the internal shape of the 8 pointed star, Sirius-the Dog Star associated with Ishtar/Isis.

Often Moon Trees were depicted with wings. This is taken care of with the sails that surround the tower.

I took my divining rods into the "con-servatory".

As you can see from the photograph (right) there is a viewing platform atop a concrete pillar that is covered in tree-bark. Stairs from both sides forming a crescent reaches this viewing platform. The pillar and platform stand in a pool of water (Just as the bell tower does.).

The divining rods showed that two major currents of energy pass through this pyramid. One comes straight from the bell tower and

passes straight through using the metal-framed corners. The other is to or from the war memorial on Mt Eliza, which passes through the E/W axis. The energy streams meet exactly over the platform and forming an X pattern (or saltire)

I think that this platform is not a viewing platform at all but an ALTAR. I checked my divining rods and they confirmed it. This fits exactly with what I have been saying about the disappearance and supposed discovery of Kerryn Tate. Kerryn disappeared just before the Black Pyramid foundation stone was laid on 31st December 1979. Her remains were found burnt to ashes, 'so no trace could be found of her' at a picnic site energy centre. She was identified only by her jewellery-a silver Moon Tree design brooch or necklace.

MOUNT ELIZA (Kings Park).

Mount Eliza a limestone rock outcrop on the banks of the Swan River near Perth is about 13 miles from the mouth near Fremantle. It is the 'Monument Hill' of Perth. On its summit in a direct line through the Good Templar Memorial and the Bell Tower is the State War Memorial in the shape of an obelisk and further along the line is the cenotaph. This crescent moon war memorial houses the Pool of Reflection (this name also links it to the moon) and this in turn holds the Eternal Flame, which was lit by Queen Elizabeth 11 on 1st April 1999. This whole layout is yet another Moon Tree.

1] Notes on the Australian Flag: The Canton (The quarter of the flag at the upper hoist): The Union flag of the UK (which is the square-upon-the-square and the 8 pointed star of Ishtar/Isis= Sirius, the Dog star, hence the British Bulldog =Osiris. Osiris, the consort of Isis (the horned cow goddess) was frequently depicted as a bull.

The Fly (The half of the flag furthest from the hoist): The Southern Cross- composed of 4x 7 pointed stars and a 5pointed star making 33 points (Thanks to John LeRoux for alerting me to this).

Directly below the Union flag is a large 7 pointed star which is supposed to represent the original 6 colonies at federation (1st January 1901) and the other territories are lumped together in the remaining point.

The original flag was unfurled on 3 September 1901 after a competition (not again yawn) and was similar to the present one except that the Federation Star had only 6 points and the Southern Cross stars had points ranging from 5 to 9 according to their brightness.

I've had mail from some irate freemasons concerning the Bell Tower articles, all assume I'm pointing the finger at all of them. I'm not. These intrigues and plots are never going to be made privy to any but core members. Even the people who worked on the project are unlikely to have known or realised. As my research has expanded into these dark and different areas, I have discovered how often people are manipulated, by other people and by unseen forces. Even those who consider they are part of 'the inner circle' are themselves unwitting servants of something much bigger, and more diabolical than they could ever understand.
