THE INEVITABLE JOURNEY |
|||||||||
All true philosophy honours and employs natural rhythm. Understanding and accepting the complexities of energy and how it works is the key to using God's real and infinite bounty. So much of this available energy is invisible and unknown and not only because of conspiratorial greed and secrecy. Energy always has karma, it is a double-edged sword. Always the rewards are both useful and destructive. No human being knows everything about energy or is ever going to. You cannot know God. Energy is always interacting, and unavoidably mutating into other versions. Nothing is as it was. As you read this, your thoughts, your body, the planet and the universe have all changed. This perpetual evolution is the most natural thing. A constant cycle of change working faster than any human or computer could ever hope to match. All of us are prisoners of this truth. There is no freedom in reality. We are all locked into a constant battle to survive in order to learn. Everything we do, and what everything in the universe does at its fundamental level is geared to keeping up with change. Our frail, cumbersome human bodies have not as yet learnt how to do this so they die. Our thoughts are marginally quicker so they can survive longer albeit more often in another form. Our minds are the vehicles of choice whereas our bodies are the victims of choice. Our spirit, our soul is a far superior life form; quicker, subtler, more essential, more experienced and infinitely more supple and therefore less constrained than the body or the mind. But not free. The soul is still on an inexorable campaign of gathering experience. There are no rest stops, no hiding places. Absolutely nothing stands still. Our bodies are very similar to each other's, our individual minds although quite different are easily affected by exterior influences; but our souls? Our souls are unique. Our souls are great libraries of personal experience, one-eyed and divinely goal driven. Our souls are the fine silk veins in the web of God's matrix; all connected into this sacred womb that will eventually give birth to the child of God, heaven. Each soul has its own purpose, its own journey that at certain predetermined points connects to other energies in order to teach and to learn. There is always a lesson from any interaction. Nothing happens by chance. Things can however occur by choice, because this is the teacher of the mind, the conductor of our earthly experiences. If you change the beat or alter the rhythm you will affect the timing. The result will be either harmonious or discordant and your life will reflect the music that your mind is directing. Lots of mind games are played on humans. One very important one is the encouragement to judge ourselves and others. We all do this, though none of us is qualified to judge any form of energy. Each one has its own purpose. Our soul is governed by its divine purpose so has no choice but to carry out that plan. Motives and results should be questioned though, I feel, because that is how we learn. Another form of control that debilitates our humanity is to determine success by position, power and possessions. People who achieve earthly rank and riches do so because they were meant to. Not because they are better than anyone else or that they work harder. Their plan has been designed that way because it gives valuable experiences for theirs and others' souls to learn from. This does not mean that we are meant to just watch and experience. Humans have not been created as passive creatures. We have been given physical, mental and spiritual agility to use, to change what we don't like, to improve our condition and environment for the betterment of all creation. Apathy is just as obnoxious a pox as greed and in fact encourages it. If something is clearly inappropriate we should say so and refuse to accept it no matter what the earthly consequences. History has shown us that it is only courage and vigorous opposition that brings beneficial change, never conformity. So many of society's laws have been formulated by the avaricious who clutch tightly their selfish booty and so are not socially or environmentally beneficial. We still shuffle head bowed into the voting booths to elect people who we know will do absolutely nothing to improve anything. Timidly and thoughtlessly we surrender the hard fought for gains of our grandparents and over-focus our attention on trivialities like sport and fashion. Where are our health services and shorter working hours? Where is our clean environment? Where is our unpolluted food and water? Where is the decent housing for everyone? Where is our freedom of speech, our free press? Where is education? Where is our equality of opportunity? Why do we still tolerate religious mutilation? Why do we ritually slaughter animals? Why do we tolerate religious, racial, sexual and every other sort of prejudice? Why do we encourage nationalism at the expense of humanitarianism? In fact why do we encourage nationalism? Why do we ban armaments in our countries yet manufacture and export them to other nations? Why are there still billions of landmines lurking beneath the pathways of so many countries? Why do we manufacture poisons? Why do we still allow state-sanctioned murder? Why do we tolerate rapacious corporations, banks, governments and individuals? Basically because we are lazy, thoughtless, selfish, gutless and apathetic that's why. There's judgement for you. But who can deny it? Until we acknowledge that this is what we have become, how can we begin to correct these insidious and ultimately destructive cancers in our character? Everywhere the signs and forces of global tyranny assault our minds, bodies and senses; yet it seems just a few notice. Our modern prophets, the voices who are crying in this manufactured wilderness, today's world, are being heckled and ignored by the very people who are the targeted victims of this nasty agenda. And yet, and yet, a movement is at foot, the clans are gathering. A faint but discernible spark has lit in the human consciousness. It is not organised but it is determined. This combination of awareness and realisation is gaining momentum. The first steps on the climb to the summit of Humanity's Everest have been taken. The inevitable journey has begun. © Ellis C Taylor 16th June 2001 |
